Complete renewing and conversion to a sweet potato grading machine for a customer in Portugal

For this project, an existing cucumber grading machine was completely renewed and converted into a sweet potato grading machine for a customer in Portugal. The machine was equipped with a V-belt, infeed conveyor, and automated exits using chain conveyors and discharge roller conveyors.

The machine was cleaned, some parts were repainted, and many parts were replaced/renewed. After this thorough renewal, the machine was tested in our workshop to ensure optimal operation.

The system was then transported to Portugal, where our mechanics installed and commissioned it. The machine is now fully operational at our customer in Portugal and is used daily for sweet potato processing.
