Fully automated crate filling system realized for a customer in the Netherlands

Hortimat has developed an automated crate filling system for a customer in the Netherlands for filling cubic meter crates with tomatoes. The crates are destacked one by one via a chain conveyor and transported to the filling position. The tomatoes are transported from the greenhouse to a buffer belt that leads to the filling position. After filling, the full crate can be buffered under the buffer belt and transported away.
