How it works:
The products are placed in trays by the employees on the supply conveyor. This supply conveyor transports the filled trays to the infeed control. This infeed control ensures that the filled trays are taken along by the carriers at a constant speed. These carriers push the trays into the foil. A rotating sealing system takes care of the seals and the rotating sealing bars ensure the sealing, cutting and separation of the filled trays. The sealed trays are carried out of the machine by the outfeed belt and optionally transported on a turntable.
