How it works:
After grading, the products are packed into boxes or crates. A supply conveyor transports them to the plate palletizer. Before entering the machine, the boxes or crates can optionally be arranged in the desired pattern using a turning unit. Once a layer is complete, the machine slides it onto the plate, where the stacking pattern can be formed layer by layer. The pallet is built up one layer at a time. When the pallet is full, it can be manually removed and a new pallet manually placed.
