How it works:
The flowers first pass through the tulip de-bulbing machine, where they are cut and where the bulbs, if necessary, are removed. Afterwards, the worker places the flowers in the plastic trays, which are fitted with sponges at the end. These sponges keep the flowers/stems in place during transport. The flowers are then brought to the binders, which assemble them into a bouquet. After binding, the trays open and the bouquets gently fall onto the discharge conveyor for further processing.
