How it works:
The NITA STA-616 is a sticker/labeling machine that prints and applies labels directly to products, boxes, or packaging. The machine is equipped with a Zebra ZE500 print engine that thermally prints variable information, such as barcodes or product details, onto labels. A sensor detects when a product is positioned, after which the label is printed and applied in the correct position with a pneumatically driven tamp pad. The machine supports various applications, such as single-sided, double-sided, or corner labeling. Settings such as timing, pressure, and label position can be easily adjusted via the built-in touchscreen. The machine's height is easily adjustable, making it suitable for a wide range of product sizes and production lines.
