This machine is perfectly suited for weighing and counting three different colors of peppers for traffic light packaging.

How it works:
This Manter linear multihead weigher starts with three infeed conveyors, which transport the product upwards and distribute it over multiple vibratory channels. These channels feed small portions into the weighing trays, where each portion is weighed individually. The machine then calculates which combination of trays achieves the target weight most accurately. These trays open simultaneously to discharge the product, after which the process immediately repeats.
