How it works:

Radish rinsing and washing machine
The radish bunches are washed in the platic crate packaging, sand and soil residues will be removed!

A conveyor belt transports the radish bunches packed in plastic crates (30 cm x 40 cm) through the rinsin/washing machine. The radish is first sprayed with water and then goes through a bubble bath where it is completely submerged. In this bubble bath, air bubbles (by a blower) ensure that the radish is washed properly. After the bubble bath, the water can drain from the plastic crate. This process is repeated once more with clean water in the 2nd bubble bath so the very last sand residues are rinsed away with the end result that the radish comes out clean and freshly washed. At the end of machine the radishes can easily be removed from the conveyor belt and packed. The machine is complete incl. all-water recycling systems
