This Koat automatic robot palletizer has worked in combination with a sorting machine (other setup on request) and is used for palletizing cardboard tomato boxes 40 x 30 cm (other boxes on request). The robot includes 9 box infeed units and an automatic feeding roller conveyor with 4 discharge roller conveyors.
The robot itself picks up the empty pallets (2 pallet buffers) and palletizes the boxes on 4 pallet positions (max. 4 sortings). When the pallet is full, the pallet must be removed by a pallet truck or forklift. a new empty pallet must be placed again at the palletizing posistion.
