How it works:
The crates with the product are manually placed on the driven roller conveyor by an employee. These crates are then transported by means of a conveyor belt and powered curved roller conveyors towards the crate tipper. The crate tipper ensures that the crate with the products is emptied by tilting the crate. The product from the emptied crate then ends up on the pre selecting belt, where the products can be selected/sorted. The products that remain on the pre selecting belt can then optionally be transported to a grading machine. The empty crate is automatically transported from above via the S-curved conveyor to a lower level and simultaneously reversed so that the crate is in the correct position again. Finally, the empty crate is transported to the discharge roller conveyor where the empty crate can be picked up.
