How it works:
The m³ crate destacking unit destacks the empty m³ crates. A stack of empty m³ crates is transported to the destacking unit via the infeed chain conveyor, where the crates are destacked one by one. The destacked crates are transported via the outfeed roller conveyor to the crate filling unit.
Once the crates are positioned under the crate filling unit, they are precisely filled with products supplied by the grading machine.
After filling, the filled crates are stacked again and transported away via the chain conveyors. For safety, entry protection systems have been installed at locations where crates can be removed from the chain conveyors. The entire system is controlled via control units, which ensure seamless operation between the various machines and chain conveyors.
