How it works:
The products are transported via the bunker belt to the elevator belt and then to the V-belt. The V-belt transports the products to the fruit carriers. The fruit carriers move the products under the Inscan for internal quality measurement. The products then pass under the acoustic firmness sensors (AFS), where the ripeness is measured. After these measurements, the fruit carriers transport the products further under the Twinvision camera for sorting by shape, size, and color. The exits are equipped with tables where the worker manually places the products into boxes and pushes the filled box onto the discharge roller conveyor.
