This installation consists of the following parts:
- Tray filling machine
- Seeding machine.
- Spreading/watering line
- Discharge roller track

How it works:
The installation starts with the tray filling machine. By means of a soil elevator, the soil is spread over the trays that are placed on the supply belt.The filled trays will be transported to the seeding machine. After that the trays will be transported under the seeder. The seeds are absorbed and sown in the right place through a vacuum effect. After sowing the trays, they are filled by the spreader. Now the filled trays will be transported to the tray watering unit where the trays will be sprayed from above with the 5 nozzles. After the trays have been sprayed, they are transported to the discharge roller conveyor.
