How it works:
The trays are automatically transported via a conveyor belt to the pressing unit. In this phase, deep planting holes are formed in the trays, preparing them optimally for the subsequent process.
After pressing, the trays are leveled to ensure an even distribution of the substrate. The dibbler then precisely reforms the planting holes, ensuring the correct depth and positioning.
The trays are then ready for sowing. Using the seeding machine, seeds are accurately dosed into the holes. Thanks to interchangeable seeding drums, the machine is highly flexible and can easily be adapted to different seed types and sizes.

This seeding line consists of:

- Pressing unit
- Spreading line
- Seeding machine
- 8 different seeding drums for various types of trays (see last picture)
