How it works:
First, the trays are automatically destacked by the tray destacking machine. The empty trays are then transported to the pot inserting machine, which automatically places the pots into the trays. Next, the trays filled with pots are transported to the soil supply unit with tray filling machine. Here, the pots are evenly filled with soil. Finally, the trays are conveyed to the pusher, from where they can optionally be fed into the transplanter (article number: 29107)
This pot on tray-filling line can easily be adapted for the following trays:
- 20-hole tray (pot diameter 8 cm)
- 24-hole tray (pot diameter 8 cm)
- 28-hole tray (pot diameter 6.5 cm)
