Descripción del producto

The system consists of the following components.

- Visser pallet supply chain conveyors
- Visser pallet discharge roller conveyor
- Viscon box push off unit
- Viscon cucumber boxes destacking unit incl. box tipping unit

How it works:
The full pallets (100 x 120 cm) with full cucumber boxes are placed on the pallet chain conveyor. The pallet chain conveyor transports the pallets towards the pusher. After that the push off unit pushes the boxes off the pallets, after which the boxes are lifted by a box tipping unit and emptied one by one onto a supply belt and the cucumbers (optional) will be transported to a sorting machine. The empty boxes are manually placed back on the pallet.
