How it works:
The packing line is equipped with 5 weighing stations on each side of the line (10 weighing stations in total) where the products loose or in trays can be weighed using digital scales (optional). Then the products are placed on the conveyor belt. This conveyor belt automatically carries the products to the next phase, for example an optionally available flow pack machine where the products loose or in trays are wrapped with foil or an optional rotary table to collect the products. The entire line is built in stainless steel, all conveyor belts are individually adjustable in speed and the main conveyor belt can be turned on and off.
