How it works:
The products are placed loose or in trays by the employees on the supply roller conveyor. This supply roller conveyor transports the filled trays/loose products to the infeed control. This infeed control ensures that the filled trays/loose products are taken along by the carriers at a constant speed. These carriers push the trays/loose products into the foil. A rotating sealing system takes care of the seals and the rotating sealing bars ensure the sealing, cutting and separation of the filled trays/loose products. During this process, a label is also automatically placed on the packaging. The sealed trays/loose products are carried out of the machine by the outfeed belt and optionally transported on a turntable.
