How it works:The products are supplied on the top by a driven roller conveyor. The line is equipped with 7 weighing stations on each side of the line (a total of 14 weighing stations) where the products are weighed by employees by means of digital weighers. There the products are placed in trays and weighed and placed on the discharge conveyor belt. This conveyor belt carries the trays automatically to for example a flowpack machine where the trays with product are packed with foil.
The entire line is buid out of stainless steel and adjustable in speed, the belt deck is food safe.
On request, the line can be adapted to the wishes of the customer
