This tray filling and sowing installation is used for fully automated sowing of different tray types and is well maintained, recent adjustments were made in the autumn of 2021! The maximum tray dimensions are 600 x 400 mm (L x W) and the installation is capable to process 800 trays per hour!

The installation is incl. all accessories for tray types :
- Herkuplast QP E 228
- Herkuplast QP E 294
- Herkuplast QP E 96

This tray filling and sowing installation consists of the following parts:

- Supply conveyor for stacks of trays
- Tray destacking unit (600 x 400 mm trays)
- Tray filler with soil elevator belt (6m³), ncluding double rotor
- Brushing unit
- Dibbler and seed drums for 228, 294 and 96 trays
- 2 Drum seeders including blowers, seed separation unit and seed bin
- 3 watering pipes (3 tray sizes)
- Tray stacking unit
