How it works:The employee places the bunches of chrysanthemums onto the harvest conveyor of the outfeed system, which transports them to the movable conveyor in the greenhouse aisle. The movable conveyor then transfers the bunches via an underground conveyor to the bunching machine. There, the chrysanthemums are cut and bundled. Any resulting floral waste is removed by a conveyor belt.
The system consists of:
- Movable conveyor path unit
- Conveyor to the shed
- Bunching machine
- Collection conveyors
- Waste disposal conveyors
