This system consists of the following components:
- Harvesting containers
- Harvesting trolleys
- Unloading system
- Aweta SK2 sealing machine
- Aweta cucumber sorting machine
- Aweta Q-Pack
- Crate lifts
- Discharge conveyors to the palletizer

How it works:
This complete cucumber processing system ensures efficient and largely automated handling of the harvest. Harvest trolleys with containers are unloaded via the unloading system, after which the cucumbers are sealed using the SK2 sealer. The cucumbers are then graded by size and weight. Depending on their destination, the cucumbers are routed to the automatic crate filler (Q-pack) for fully automatic packing into crates or boxes, or to the standard outlets and a rotary table for manual packing. The filled boxes are subsequently transported via the crate lift to the discharge conveyor and then conveyed to, for example, a palletizer.
