This machine has the latest flowmaster software incl. advanced A.I. vision camera system!

How it works:
The tomatoes are fed through the V-shaped conveyor towards the singulator, where the products are individually positioned for accurate processing. The tomatoes then pass underneath the camera system, where they are sorted using the latest Advanced Vision technology based on shape, size, colour, and external quality. In the “Advanced Vision” system, these sorting processes are carried out using the AI camera integrated into the system.

In addition, the products are weighed by means of load cells, allowing them to also be sorted by weight. After inspection and weighing, the tomatoes are automatically directed to the correct outlet.
