The ALtech ALstep is a very compact, cost-effective applicator for self-adhesive labels, developed for simple labelling solutions. This system is easy to integrate into existing packaging lines.

With this basic system it is possible to apply labels to the bottom, side, end and top of the packaging. The ALtech ALstep is based on an extensively tested and reliable mechanical construction and has a modular configuration. The system has a colour touch panel with a ‘clean design’, suitable for production environments in the food industry. The control panel also ensures very easy operation of the machine.
Also due to the access to the paper path on the side of the system, changing labels quickly and easily is no problem. All possible applicators can be connected to the standard ALstep module, such as peeler bar, blowing unit, tamp and/or corner labelling.
