From grading to palletizing: realized custom solutions in Canada

Hortimat has installed custom-built automated chain conveyors on an existing gradingmachine for a customer in Canada. Thanks to this expansion, boxes are automatically filled and then efficiently conveyed to the double palletizing system, which was also supplied and installed by Hortimat. The conveying system was implemented in collaboration with Taks.

A return conveyor has been placed beneath the chain conveyors to automatically return dropped products to the grading machine. Products that do not meet the highest quality standards are directed to the secondary grading . For this purpose, Hortimat completely overhauled and installed a grading machine.
