Existing pepper sorting machine converted into a fully automatic machine.

A while ago we received an order from a customer in Canada to convert his existing Aweta pepper sorting machine into a fully automatic machine. This was of course no problem for the Hortimat team, so our mechanics got to work in our workshop! By means of chain conveyors, the empty boxes could be filled with peppers fully automatically and collected/buffered on the discharge roller conveyors. This ensured that employees no longer had to stand at the exit of the machine to fill the empty boxes with peppers. This saved our customer a lot of labor costs. After the chain conveyors were expertly assembled by our mechanics in our workshop, they could be transported to our customer in Canada. When the chain conveyors arrived at our customer, our mechanics could also install them and our customer could get started with his fully automatic pepper sorting machine!
