How it works:
The boxes are automatically supplied via a conveyor belt and rotated into the correct position. The boxes are then automatically stacked layer by layer onto the pallet, with different stacking patterns available depending on the required configuration. Empty pallets are automatically supplied from the pallet buffer. Once a pallet is fully stacked, it is automatically discharged via the pallet chain conveyor, where it can be removed by a forklift. The system is then ready to repeat the process.
