Product description

How it works:
The Terra sleeving machine is for the supply of bunched flower bunches and is often linked to a flower processing line. One by one, the bunches are positioned on the supply belt and then move to the sleeve unit. Then, 2 bunches are picked up by the sleeve arms at the stem and retracted into the input funnel. The input funnel set consists of four semicircular conical parts, the ends of which can open and close. During sleeving, the funnels are closed and the flower bunches are pulled in as far as possible so that the flower stems are sticking out from the funnels on the narrow side. On the stem side is the sleeving unit on which the sleeves are clamped. Each working stroke is controlled by a suction arm and opens one sleeve of each package. This unit with the opened sleeves moves towards the funnel. When the sleeves are on the funnels, the funnel unit rotates 180 degrees so that the funnels with sleeves are positioned upwards. After the funnels have been positioned upwards, the sleeved bunches can be placed on the discharge belt by the extracting arms.
