Product description
This concerns a complete bell pepper unloading, sorting, and palletizing installation. The installation consists of the following components:
Taks pepper unloading system (art. 28614)
Taks pepper harvesting container (art. 28615)
Aweta grading machine GSM 3 - 10 + 1 (art. 28618)
Sorma plate palletizer (art. 28620)
How it works
The full harvesting containers are positioned in the pepper unloading system. The unloading crane lifts the full container from the harvesting trolley and gradually tilts it until it is empty. The crane then places the empty harvesting container back onto the harvesting trolley. The conveyor belts transport the peppers to the grading machine.
The peppers are fed one by one into the grading machine via the singulator.
The cups carry the products under a camera for size and color grading, and by load sensors for weight grading. Afterwards, the peppers are guided to the various exits. These exits are equipped with tables and digital scales, where the employee can manually weigh the required kilograms.
After weighing the boxes and crates, the employee pushes them onto the driven roller conveyor. The driven roller conveyor transports the boxes and crates to the palletizer. Here, the boxes/crates are (optionally) placed in the correct direction and stacked. Once the pallet is fully stacked, it can be removed manually.
