Product description
The installation consists of the following parts:- Feeding belt/roller conveyor (L: 8700 mm)
- Turning unit
- Palletizer with pallet buffer
- Pallet discharge chain conveyor (L: 12500 mm)
How it works:
A feed conveyor transports the full boxes or crates to the palletiser. Before palletising, the boxes or crates are rotated into the correct orientation to achieve the required stacking pattern on the pallet. Once the pallet is fully stacked, it is automatically discharged via the pallet conveyor and can then be manually strapped and removed. A new pallet is automatically fed from the pallet magazine into the palletiser.
