Product description

The system consists of:
- Weighpack multihead weigher
- Proseal topseal machine
- Endflex tray packer
- Endflex box erector
- Sorma Palletizing and strapping line (optionally available: Art. 28458)

How it works:
The product is weighed by the multihead weigher, after it falls into empty trays that have been automatically denested. The filled trays are then thermally sealed at the top by the top seal machine. The trays are then transported to the tray packer. Simultaneously, a box erector forms boxes from flat blanks. At the tray packer, the filled trays and empty boxes come together. A robotic arm automatically places the trays into the boxes, which are then conveyed over an outfeed conveyor or optionally sent to a palletizer.
