How it works:
The Eillert G-1500 is a universal vegetable cutting machine for cutting products such as leafy vegetables, leeks, carrots, peppers and cabbage. Depending on the cutting tool used, the product can be accurately cut into sizes from 1 to 50 mm. By using different interchangeable knives and cutting discs, the machine can produce slices, strips, cubes and wedges. The quick-release belts and separated cutting compartment also make the machine easy to clean.
