Product description
How it works:A sorting installation consists of a supply system, a sorting machine and a transport system. The supply system will supply the products to the sorting machine. The products are fed into the sorting machine one by one through the spreader.
The cups carry the products under a camera for the size and by load sensors for the weight, to the exits. This is controlled from the Troodon sorting system. The GM-4 – 24+1 has 18 exits which are semi-automatic. This means that when the exits has reached the set amount of (kilo)grams, a lamp lights up. The worker presses a button and gets the correct amount of kilograms of products transported in the boxes. The last 7 exits are equipped with tables and digital weighing scales. Here the employee himself weighs the number of kilograms.
