How it works:
The gerberas are placed one by one in the designated infeed places. These infeed places transport the gerberas to the grippers. These grippers pick up the gerberas one by one and transport them to the camera inspectation system. Here the diameter of the flower, the stem length and the stem curvature are measured. The heels of the stems are cut off by the processing unit. After sorting and processing, the gerberas are bundled in bunches of a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 25 stems.
