How it works:
The Danish trolleys are automatically pulled in the machine.
The trays are transported to the elevator conveyor.
When the elevator is filled, the elevator conveyor moves to the first level of the Danish trolley. The push-over unit pushes the trays onto the trolley.
Meanwhile, a new formation of trays will be formed on the supply belt. When the elevator is back in its starting position, this formation of trays enters the machine and the elevator moves to the second level on the trolley. This proces repeats until all plates are filled. When the trolley is full, the machine stops and the trolley must be manually removed from the machine.
