How it works:
A driven roller conveyor or supply conveyor belt transports the full boxes or crates to the palletizer. Before palletizing, the boxes or crates are rotated (optional) in the correct direction to ensure the correct pattern on the pallet. Once fully stacked, the pallet automatically moves over the pallet outfeed roller conveyor to the automatic strapping and corner slats machine, after which the full pallet can be removed from the pallet outfeed roller conveyor. The new pallet is automatically slid into the palletizer from the pallet bunker.
