How it works:The bunches are placed onto the sponce conveyor belt at the inlay part. The sponce the sponce conveyor belt transports the bunches to the binders.
The sponce conveyor belt is specially developped for small products and keep the the product safe from damaging during the binding and cutting process!
The bunches will be bundled by the 1 or 2 binding machines. After the binding procces it is possible to cut the bundles. The cutting unit will cut exactly the requirred length.
After the bundles will be collected step by step on the collecting belt
