How it works:
The products are fed into the sorting machine individually. The cups transport the products beneath a camera for size classification and then pass over load sensors for weight measurement. Based on this data, the control system determines the appropriate exit for each product. From the selected exits, the products are discharged onto the rotary table.

The DualVision camera scan classifies your products by length, width, curvature and diameter.
