This is a complete pepper unloading, sorting an palletizing installation

The installation consists of the following parts.
- Taks tilting system.
- Aweta sorting machine GM 4 - 20 +1
- Taks plate palletizer + pallet bunker
- Pallet discharge roller conveyor
- Reisopack strapping + corner slats machine

The full harvesting containers are positioned in the tilting system by a pipe rail trolley. The tilting system picks up the full container and tilts it until it is empty. The discharge conveyor belts transports the peppers to the sorting machine.

The peppers are fed into the sorting machine one by one through the spreader.
The cups carry the peppers under a camera for the size and by load sensors for the weight, to the exits. This is controlled from the Troodon sorting system. The GM-4 – 20+1 has 16 exits which are semi-automatic. This means that when the exits has reached the set amount of (kilo)grams, a lamp lights up. The worker presses a button and gets the correct amount of kilograms of peppers transported in the boxes/crates. The last 5 exits are equipped with tables and digital weighing scales. Here the employee himself weighs the number of kilograms.

After weighing the boxes/crates, the employee pushes the boxes and crates onto the driven roller conveyors. These driven roller conveyors transport these boxes and crates towards the palletizer. Here the boxes/crates (optionally) are positioned in the right direction and palletised. When the pallet is fully stacked, it automatically moves over the pallet discharge roller conveyor towards the automatic strapping + corner slats machine, after the stacked pallet is been strapped it can be removed from the pallet discharge roller conveyor. The new pallet is automatically pushed from the pallet bunker into the palletizer.
