How it works, the tray water line:
The trays can be feeded into to the tray watering line manually or automated by a conveyor belt. The trays are transported from the roller conveyor into the water tank, which is equipped with 2 conveyor belts, both are speed-controlled to water the trays exactly as desired. After the trays have been watered, they are automatically pushed onto the discharge roller conveyor.

The trays can be transported from the roller conveyor or conveyor belt to the Danish trolley loading machine:
The Danish trolley’s are automatically pulled into the machine.
The trays are transported to the elevator conveyor.
When the elevator is filled, the elevator conveyor moves to the first level of the Danish trolley. The push-over unit pushes the trays onto the trolley.
Meanwhile, a new formation of trays will be formed on the supply belt. When the elevator is back in its starting position, this formation of trays enters the machine and the elevator moves to the second level on the trolley. This proces repeats until all plates are filled .When the trolley is full, the machine stops and the trolley can be manually removed from the machine.
