How it works:
The stacks of buckets are manually placed on conveyor belts. Then the entire stack is lifted, after which the bottom bucket is always pushed off the stack. The pushed-off bucket is filled with water and possibly with chrysal. The buckets are then placed on a conveyor belt, after which the flowers are simply placed in the buckets.
